Cappanalea
The Centre focuses on personal development through the medium of adventure sports. The highly qualified instructors offer programmes which include the full range of adventure sports and field study activities including Stand Up Paddle Boarding, Canoeing, Sailing, Wind Surfing, Rock Climbing, Hillwalking, Orienteering, Raft Building, Backwoods, Camping, Bushcraft, Field Studies, Environmental Studies, Scout Camps & Summer Camps. -
Killorglin Sports Complex
Killorglin Sports Complex has been opened since 1985 and is an integral part of the community. The Complex facilities and staff contribute positively and with a vibrancy to enhancing the quality of life for our community and everyone is encouraged to participate while enjoying sport and physical activity. -
AFitBody Gym
AFitBody Gym is run by Áine Fitzgerald, which has rooms upstairs at the Killorglin Sports Complex. Their facilities feature state of the art gym and fitness equipment. Classes include Spin, HIIT, Circuits, TRX & Kettlebells and Boxercise.

Killorglin Sports Complex
Did you know that the Killorglin Sports Complex is home to many groups, clubs and associations, including Killorglin Hockey Club, Killorglin Bowls, Killorglin Badminton, and Killorglin Basketball Club. We also have Gymnastics, Soccer, Karate, Hip Hop Dance, Irish Dancing, Zumba, Pilates and Tai Chi.
The Sports Complex is located on Langford Road, Killorglin and is open daily Monday to Friday from 8 am to 11 pm, Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm and on Sunday from 12 am to 8 pm.
