Public Consultation: Killorglin Public Realm Improvement Plan

Kerry County Council has opened the public consultation for the Killorglin Public Realm Improvement Project, which aims to enhance key areas of the town including Market Street, Lower Bridge Street, Upper Bridge Street, and The Square.

The proposed works include upgraded footpaths, new street trees, benches, improved lighting, and redesigned traffic flow to create a more pedestrian-friendly town centre.


Consultation Period:

  • Open: Wednesday, 15th October 2025
  • Close: Thursday, 27th November 2025 at 4.00 pm

Public Information Day:

An open day will be held at the Killorglin Area Service Centre on Thursday, 6th November, from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm, where Council staff will be available to discuss the proposals.
