Tralee Chamber Alliance, are partnering with the three Skillnets in County Kerry (Rural Food Skillnet, Southwest Gno Skillnet and South Kerry Skillnet) to identify the key skills needed by SME’s in Kerry and to help your business address those gaps in the future.
Businesses in Kerry with less than 20 Employees account for over 96% of the total companies in the county and over 52% of the total jobs in the county.
A skilled workforce contributes to the productivity and effectiveness of your company while also contributing to the overall competitiveness of Kerry. Increasing the skill and ability of this workforce will improve businesses and the opportunities to create more Employment.
We are hosting a Skills Needs Seminar on:
Thursday the 30th of January next in The Pavillion of Ballygarry House Hotel with Michael Cox of MCX Training from 9:30 to 11:30 am and we want to meet business owners in Kerry to find out:
- Do you know the current skills in your workforce?
- Do you know the strengths and weaknesses within your organisation?
- Do you know the gaps at an individual and team level?
- And most importantly, do you know how we can help address those gaps to improve your business?
We are here to help. Teams from Tralee Chamber Alliance and the three Kerry Skillnets will engage with you to identify the key skills needed by your organisation, and how we can address those gaps for the future.
We will then develop a range of training programmes to be responsive to your business needs, equipping you and your team with the necessary skills for the future. We can also work with you to develop and deliver bespoke subsidised training programmes, tailored to the specific needs of your company.
